- VLVintage LadyMay 14, 20211.0Horrible service leaves packages in yard in the rain when we have a covered front porch. Then when you complain they refuse to leave packages at all so now I have to go the post office to pick up all packagaes.
- ADAndretti DanielApr 20, 20205.0Every encounter I've had with the Wedowee Post Office has been a great one. Whenever there was an issue, they quickly helped to resolve. Most times than not, the issue was not caused by the postal service, and they still went above and beyond to help. We are quick to ask for Grace and reluctant to extend it. We tend to forget how they help others, not because it is in their job description, but because they care. Thank you Susan, Christie, and everyone at the Wedowee Post Office.
- ABAshleigh BrookSep 1, 20181.0Nice people small post office.....but i am baffled that at 11:30-1:30 you're closed for lunch....? I have attempted 3 times this week to obtain a package that I have to sign for also the note was left in my mailbox about the package saying ”sorry we missed you while you were out”..... Umm I was home that day... All day..... and no one came to my door and knocked on it to even try to deliver the package that needed to be signed for.... It has been impossible to obtain my package when you close for lunch for 2 hours and then you close at 4:30 pm during the week.... Most people have to handle their personal business during their lunch break (11:30-1:30) and for the entire post office to be closed so that you can not conduct any business is just unheard of..... Then by the time you get off work 4:30...... You're closed again..... What gives? We're not in the stone age anymore...... Be available when your signs say your open so that you can serve people....
