The package was delivered on a Wednesday but was delivered to the wrong address which he gave to this post office on Thursday. Today (Friday) we went looking for the package. Watson didn’t give us a notice that the package was brought there and did not wait 15 days to send back to sender but immediately as she received it (Thursday) she returned it back to sender. The worker was lazy and was not following protocol. At most she could have been reasonable and not punish the people who’s package it belonged to as it was sent originally to the wrong people by her fellow USPS people at a different branch. As we went there she pretended as if she didn’t know of the package I was referring to and sent me on a wild goose chase to the other post office. And as I went to the house of the person it was sent to ;he sent me back to her where she admitted that she had already given our package away. She also lied about the date that she had received it and was not at all helpful, when she got the package and giving us the information of its whereabouts after she discarded it. Now we may never receive that package or will have to wait another couple of months. Poor service, 0 star but forced to give them (her) a 1. Would not recommend at all.

She knows you by face, name, and box number and if we've got the bratty ones (brother's kids) with us and she sees us roll up she's always on the ready with a treat for them. The only drawback is that she's only there for a few hours each weekday in the afternoon and on Saturday mornings. I tend to have a lot of packages getting stuck there for days and days behind the counter because my schedule doesn't naturally flow with theirs (and because FedEx and UPS have such a hard time finding our house for some reason). I have to actually plan an off day so that I can run by and get my boxes.
