  Yet another order apparently "delivered" but missing like so many others! We OFTEN have to physically go to the post office and ask for packages due to the postal workers not delivering them & not leaving any postal notes notifying they are at the post office. It's a continuous issue and it's getting old! This is ridiculous! Last week one of our deliveries showed the items sitting at the post office for days...I go in person to ask about retrieving them, they say they aren't there. We wake up the next morning and miraculously said packages are dumped in our yard, rained on and soaked. 3 package issues in less than a 2 week period. 1) MIA package, luckily it was at the post office, no note left to come pick it up - luckily we track where our packages are but often get told they aren't at the post office. 2) Missing package, no help finding it...then BAM they find it and dump it to get rained on overnight. 3) A completely missing package (No surprise, everyone on our road ends up with each other's packages and mail!). Do Better!

  This location is absolutely ridiculous. They inform the shipper that an attempt has been made to deliver the package at a certain time. I ha e cameras everywhere. I look at my cameras for the entire day. Guess what? No attempt was made. You would think they would put a note in the box. Lol. Nope not at all. You have to call or go see the post office and complain to get your package found. The postal driver on my route is lazy! No questions asked! I had some light weight pillows that should have been delivered today. Nope. Not a chance. When I go to the post office I'll be told that they were to big and heavy. I dont have a problem when it is a large package to leave it at the post office. My problem is not leaving a note! Let me know where my package is! How freaking hard is that? A small piece of paper would make it so much easier than having to search for my package that they are to lazy to handle! The postal service needs to be closed down!

  They rarely deliver packages. They will hold you package and say "The customer requested to pick the package up"

  This office does not deliver our packages and will not answer the phone. I know why they don't answer because every one is made about their packages not being delivered. They sent me a message saying my mailbox was full but they don't put packaged in the mail box they put it at my house which has plenty of room. If you are not going to deliver packages then let Amazon know not to drop them off to you!!@!!!!!!!!!!

  I rarely ever get things on time. Currently missing a wedding ring. They claimed it was delivered to my mailbox on Monday 11-24-25 at 5:59pm. I went to check the mail at 7:00 that same day. No ring. Called the post office and never got a person. Tried to communicate with my mail carrier. No response. Out of town now and will not have my ring for holiday pics with family. Absolutely LIVID as this isn't the first time they've "delivered" something, only for it to arrive a week or two later – or not at all. If it hasn't arrived by my return, I'll be filing a claim and coming IN PERSON to get this issue addressed. I'm always getting late and/or horribly damaged mail. Between 3 and 6 tones a year, I get mail or packages for someone else whose address isn't even remotely similar and have had to deliver them myself because the USPS won't take accountability and handle their mistake. I worry that may have happened to my ring... Honestly would never have bought a house around here if I knew I was going to have such terrible, ongoing problems with the USPS here. ONLY the USPS, never any other delivery service.
