- LCLisa CiobotaJun 26, 20251.0Continually delivers packages and it’s like a scavenger hunt. You might find them wet beside the garbage can. In the middle of the driveway, in the mailbox, beside the mailbox or just anywhere but the front porch where they will not get wet. Then they are delivered damaged with the latest being burned. When the package was picked up the outfit fell out and it was burnt. Really? Now I have to argue to get this corrected. Is customer service a thing of the past? Or, why does the mail carrier not care or take pride in the job? Do they get paid to do their jobs? I think this may be only the second or third time I’ve ever left a negative review but today’s negligence was beyond careless. No way they didn’t know. So sad.

We have a large covered porch and they refuse to deliver it anywhere besides on top of the trash can uncovered (5 steps away from our porch). We have had MANY damaged packages from rain but today was a new low. They delivered a clearly burnt package. They are supposed to refuse damaged packages and send them back to the company. However, it was delivered like shown in pictures. We even got a large mailbox specifically for packages and they refuse to deliver any packages in that either. They are constantly losing mail or delivering it to the wrong address as well. I have tried to be kind and deliver complaints directly to the post office, but nothing is ever done. I am not the only one with issues. Something needs to be done. Please take your customers complaints into consideration.

Package delivered one Saturday night at 1030 but didn't leave my regular mail. Currently waiting on a package at 7pm that is scheduled for delivery today. Even got a package one morning then mail after 5 that day. It's absolutely frustrating.
