- TBTiye BOct 14, 20251.0Package was supposed to be re-delivered Oct 10, per my request & I still haven’t received it. Go to check the status & it’s now saying unable to re-deliver. Not sure why considering I’ve had packages delivered to my address with no prior issues. Why have that option if it can’t be fulfilled. I selected that option, due to my work hours. No updates/communication whatsoever on whether my package is still at the post office for me to pick up. *UPDATE* Tried calling the post office, but unable to reach an agent bcuz it’s all automated. Can’t even call to confirm if they still have my package, so I guess I’ll go in person and hope for the best

I then placed them on my save the dates and handed them directly to someone to have them shipped out so that they wouldn't get lost. She said "okay I see they have stamps on them" and "you're all set." This was on Monday. Thursday-- I check my mailbox and they have been sent back to me in this envelope. They have stamps on them... oh and one is missing. I had 40, 39 have been returned to me. I am incredibly frustrated.

I hate having to come to this post office. The customer service from here is terrible . Even the workers that comes to deliver the mail. Please get a whole new staff.
- SHSusan HammApr 30, 20241.05 stars to Kierra for all her help today! But the other lady here was rude and condescending to me (customer) and Kierra (coworker). Call me Karen if you like, but I’ve been interrupted, talked over, made to wait in line multiple times while she deliberately called others around me, talked about me to other customers, and rolled her eyes. She was angry about having to help her coworker, who through no fault of her own, couldn’t make faulty equipment work. Kierra is a saint and deserves a raise! The other lady is a liability at best, and a lawsuit waiting to happen!
