- RCReginald CapersDec 17, 20255.0Janice was at the retail window today. She was so helpful. She helped me get a box that fit the items I was shipping. The location was clean, there were pens to use and glue sticks to seal envelopes or packaging. I listened to her transactions with the other customers while I was preparing my packages. It was cordial and inviting. She was by herself, so she was multitasking after she finished her transactions. Once I was ready, her taking me through the acceptance process was fast, even while asking all the shipping questions. Janice made my holiday shipping experience wonderful. Great job USPS!

It's going on 2months and they still haven't called me or my insurance agent back about the repairs my car needs. When you call all you get is the run around and directed to a claims lady that is never in her office nor does she return phone calls.
