- NWNichole WilliamsApr 18, 20265.0I wanted to share my review on Vance Post office today. Upon my entering I was greeted by the postal clerk Ashley. I was very shocked when I entered that she was there to help me. Not like the post office in Brookwood where I live 2 minutes away from. There is a total difference in customer Service between the 2 locations. I will travel the 10 minutes going forward with my needs at the Vance location. Ashley was very pleasant, and she did a great job at just doing her job, and putting the customer first. Not like Brookwood begging someone/anyone to assist you. Thank you so much Ashley (Vance post office) for making my day.
