When I asked why this occurred, a member of the staff stated that they had adhered the label on the package incorrectly so it was an error on their part, not my own. Since it was too late to send the package again, I requested a refund and was told that my postage sale was final and that there was nothing to be done. Laughable but not surprised given the other poor ratings for this location.
