- HDHaley DatesJan 5, 20261.0After forwarding a package here for in-store pickup instead of having it delivered to UA dorms, I was told I could not pick up my package because the address on my driver’s license did not match the package delivery address. After explaining that I am a student here and I am not from the city, they still turned me away. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. It was complete and utter nonsense!
- KMKaylan McArthurDec 26, 20251.0Horrible customer service from the Asst Manager, Amy. I went to pick up a package, upon receiving said package i opened it and it was empty. A FedEx employee had stolen what was in the box. The package had only been in the care of FedEx and its employees. Assistant manager Amy showed no empathy and said very rudely to "call customer service". This is terrible representation of this company. I will never use FedEx for shipping anything going forward.

I guess he would have just let me stand there and wait. His other two employees stepped up to the counter to help me.
