- CMChristy Martin4 days ago5.0This UPS location is conveniently located in the heart of our city, so it is easy to stop by really quick to drop off packages. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and willing to take extra steps to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I would hands down recommend UPS for all your shipping needs whether it be returning packages, sending gifts or shipping inventory, using a PO Box etc. The versatility of this company is quite beneficial, especially for those in businesses where shipping products are your main objective. Helping the elderly or disabled, this location has ground floor entrance and will always help to lift heavy or large objects and to make sure every need of their customers are met, even if it is not in their job description. Trussville Alabama #3320 deserves recognition to being the best UPS I have ever used or come across.

I couldn't lift the boxes out my car and she helped get the boxes out my trunk onto a dolly (although I think I was more in her way than help :) I am sure the process is apart of her daily routine, I feel she went above and beyond and the level of kindness and her positive & friendly attitude made the experience so pleasant! Great job Tracy!!! This will be my preferred location!
