- SHSam Hansen4 days ago1.0The male clerk charged me $7.70 to mail a birthday card because it had a gift card inside. He said that was considered a package! What!! I have mailed several cards to my grandson’s family in Florida from different post office locations and have never been charged more than the price of stamps. I see why the reviews for this location is 2.7.
- LLLovely2468Feb 18, 20261.0Yesterday was my first & last day visiting this location. Came in to verify my change of address & left still not being able to complete my request. I noticed as I was asking questions because we are new to the area the lady in the front was just talking to be talking to move along to the next person. She could care less if I got the proper help I needed. I actually went to another nearby postal office & was able to successfully submit my change of address request. Overall regardless if you have customers of color treat all the same!!

- EWEli WarnickMay 31, 20251.0this is absolutely pathetic. if mail runs on saturday and sunday, the office should be open to the public on both of those days. i have a package that is now 3 days late due to USPS’s incompetence, and this facility deserves a 1 star review for not being available to the public 9-5 seven days a week. these are government jobs and these people get better insurance than all of us, and you’re telling me they can’t staff the building from 9-5 every day? if my package is delivered from the birmingham sorting facility on sunday before the mail truck can get it, i will not get it until monday. that is ridiculous.
