The postal staff at each of these facilities could not be more helpful, professional and always friendly. People that bad mouth the USPS either dont actually interact with the employees or they just have an issue that should be easily resolved. I could not do without my USPS Offices and the employees located at each.
- EWEli WarnickMay 31, 20251.0this is absolutely pathetic. if mail runs on saturday and sunday, the office should be open to the public on both of those days. i have a package that is now 3 days late due to USPS’s incompetence, and this facility deserves a 1 star review for not being available to the public 9-5 seven days a week. these are government jobs and these people get better insurance than all of us, and you’re telling me they can’t staff the building from 9-5 every day? if my package is delivered from the birmingham sorting facility on sunday before the mail truck can get it, i will not get it until monday. that is ridiculous.
