I recently visited this store to drop off an Amazon return. I was greeted and told the process. I went through the line and printed my return label. I was then told I was going to be charged a $1.64 taping fee. I shared that I did not want to pay the fee for a small piece of tape, but understood they were following what they were told to do. Another employee said I could go next door and buy tape form the Dollar store. I told her I was on lunch from work. The receipt for my return was a sticker receipt. I proceeded to share with the cashier that I would use my receipt to tape the envelope. She told me I did not have to tell her and do not say anything else to her. The other employee that was sitting in the lobby at a computer turn around in the chair and began screaming irately, that I could leave the store. She said (still screaming, I had been talking crazy to them the whole time I had been there. I responded by saying, no I have not. Then another employee stepped from behind the wall and said, do you have a problem. I said no, but clearly, yall do. As I walked out the door, I gave a shot of praise and said God is able. I have used this store in the past and never had a problem. After researching the store is under new ownership. Well I hope the owner reads this. I work in academia and have for the last 20 years. I would never speak to anyone in a manner in which I did not want someone to speak to me. I only stated that I did not want to pay $1.64 for a small piece of tape and figured out a way to tape it myself. For these actions I was verbally assaulted by your staff. The lobby was full of other customers that were able to witness your staff acting like UPS gangsters. I have contact the UPS Corporate offices as well to let them know. Since these operations are independently own. I pray you do better moving forward.

Got cursed out by the notary lady, she was judmental trashing and extremly disrespectful. And when I confronted her on her behavior. Told me to thankyou never to come to her store again.
I dont know what was her deal but seemed like it had a crazy sexist and racist element to it. Since it was completely uncalled her for. I am upset now since it was a nice local place close by now its bad

I just don’t understand why this store can’t function properly without the owner. After machines allegedly not working… the next person to wait me stops in the middle of getting my things together to ship- to talk to other customers as if I hadn’t already been there too long. Sadly I’ll have to drive to Gadsden if I want good service

It's unorganized. Return packages laying all over the counter for Amazon returns that could easily be taken. Then they charge $3+ if you don't tape the box. I had it ready to ship except for the tape.
Don't go to this location! Multiple customers were complaining about this office location while I was there.
