- MMMikaOct 10, 20251.0The UPS in Troy Al is absolutely horrible I went in to see if a book could be copied the man told me yes then said he didn’t know how to print it but said he believed he could help then never helped me just took customer after customer never said well hold on a second I’ll be right with you nope nothing just continued to ignore me standing there patiently waiting. Needless to say they will no longer get my business, I’m on my way to office max hope their customer service is better.

I was so pleased with the customer service. My receipt says Austin. I called yesterday and was quoted a price for a rounded 300 copies. It was closer to 30.00. I went to Enterprise Library on yesterday but made the trip back to Troy UPS today, thinking on how well customer service was and cost were less expensive on September 6, 2025. I desperately need over 250 copies printed from my phone. It’s a dire situation and I expressed it. I was unable to print from my phone. All had to be sent to UPS email. I can honestly say that I won’t do that again. I just got a call there will be a 40.00 fee on top of cost .14 per copy. It was changed from .14 a copy to .08 per copy. These taxes! Below are receipts.
