- EGeric goodrumNov 17, 20251.0The old black lady that works at this location is very rude, lazy, and all around un-helpful. I had an order show up 2 days late that I paid for express shipping on and went to the post office to get my refund $33 and some change. The lady got rude because I had a picture of the receipt not this physical copy which I ordered a product from across the country so of course it was just a picture of the receipt. After we got past that issue she told me the sender of the package was the one that had to request a refund from the post office. Even tho its a company and I have never had an issue requesting a refund for a package I ordered and was responsible to pay for my own shipping. Its not like it was an item purchased that shipping was included hence the reason I was given a copy of the receipt incase of lost or late package.

Saturday morning instead of going out for delivery it got sent to another local office about 30mins away. When I contacted that office they informed me that it was put on a truck and sent back to my post office Saturday afternoon. Now Monday my item is 3 hours North of where I live. Truly one the most disgraceful examples of accountability I've personally dealt with. How can so many people screw up a simple task so consecutively without realizing it!?
