- TBThomas Bialorucki3 days ago1.0Our postal delivery person is incompetent and needs to be replaced i have gotten mail from 5 different addresses put in my box over the last couple weeks. It can not be that difficult to read the address and put the mail in the correct box l, if they can't do the job then they need to be replaced. I know that replacing people at the post office is like replacing people in the government but they also need to be replaced
- EGeric goodrumNov 17, 20251.0The old black lady that works at this location is very rude, lazy, and all around un-helpful. I had an order show up 2 days late that I paid for express shipping on and went to the post office to get my refund $33 and some change. The lady got rude because I had a picture of the receipt not this physical copy which I ordered a product from across the country so of course it was just a picture of the receipt. After we got past that issue she told me the sender of the package was the one that had to request a refund from the post office. Even tho its a company and I have never had an issue requesting a refund for a package I ordered and was responsible to pay for my own shipping. Its not like it was an item purchased that shipping was included hence the reason I was given a copy of the receipt incase of lost or late package.
