- MCMary ColeJul 17, 20221.0These delivery drivers are incompetent and lazy and apparently have no sense of direction! I order pkgs and specifically ask for my pkg to be delivered to my porch! I give detailed instructions on which unit is mine! Not to mention I have the numbers and reflection lights by the numbers so that there is no confusion! But yet these lazy drivers will put my pkg in the mailbox, or on the neighbor porch! I'm soo exhausted with these people thinking they can do what they want when they have specific assignments to do, that's what they are paid for! A few months ago they put my pk on the than neighbor porch and she stole it and refused to give it back! It had all my medication in it smdh! So they went to her house a couple of times and she refused to answer the door. And I went a couple of times and she refused to answer the door! I have complained about this behavior they presenting to the supervisor several times and still nothing is being done! I have gotten in contact with them several times recently about pkgs I have not received yet and abt the service her drivers are providing! And it's been well over a week and I haven't heard back from anyone yet! I wish there was a way I could contact the corporate office, but when I try and Google it they give you the number to talladega post office! I wish I could have given it zero star's bc this is the absolute worst service that have ever received especially from a post office wow
