The tracking shows the package "Arrived at USPS Facility – SULLIGENT, AL 35586," but when we contacted that location, a representative claimed it’s not there and called it a “placard scan.” Whatever that means—like that’s something the average person should automatically understand. This kind of vague and dismissive explanation is exactly why USPS continues to frustrate both businesses and customers. Their customer service in situations like this is honestly unacceptable.
