- DSDanielle SheppardAug 7, 20211.0We had great service until we started having packages come up missing or not delivered to the correct house, the manager wanted to make up every excuse in the book even to the point that GPS takes them to the neighbor house down the road even though GPS leads straight into my driveway. we have a new delivery person as well and I feel she is very lazy. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m at home all day most days and she is to lazy to come to the door when a package has to be signed for instead she leaves the note that she missed us like we weren’t home in the mail box didn’t even bother coming to the door. This was today on a Saturday morning I was home and she didn’t even bother knocking on the door or coming up to the house. My guess is last day of work she wanted to get done to go home ASAP. I know she didn’t bother coming to the door or up to the house because I saw her from the window deliver the mail in the mail box and leave. Very poor poor work on her part.
