- JRJulieann RogersSep 29, 20251.0I I have previously given the Springville post office a five-star review and even called out the manager by name for the service that I had received. However, this month I was expecting very very important documents to come in the mail and I do have confirmed delivery through my email and saw very clearly the mail that was coming to me and I saw very clearly the envelopes that were on the way to me as of August 9th which was my driver's license and then on August a few days later some important tax documents which I have not received. Today is August 29th and still have not received. They REFUSE to answer the phone at the local branch. I have removed my previous 5 star review for them

Because they would have to back up at the top of the driveway and this has been done for the past 12 years. Asked her about it today at the mailbox and carrier told me if I would SHUT UP A MINUTE she would tell me that they aren’t allowed to back up at all?!? What a joke of a so called post office.

I specifically ordered and paid for 2 day shipping and it took nearly a week before I was off and could go to post office to get my parcel. I paid 3 times the normal shipping cost and not only did I not get it in 2 days, but had to go pick it up.
