- JRJulieann RogersSep 29, 20251.0I I have previously given the Springville post office a five-star review and even called out the manager by name for the service that I had received. However, this month I was expecting very very important documents to come in the mail and I do have confirmed delivery through my email and saw very clearly the mail that was coming to me and I saw very clearly the envelopes that were on the way to me as of August 9th which was my driver's license and then on August a few days later some important tax documents which I have not received. Today is August 29th and still have not received. They REFUSE to answer the phone at the local branch. I have removed my previous 5 star review for them
- IBia bySep 9, 20251.0New carrier in our route in heritage hills refuses to bring packages to my house. Because they would have to back up at the top of the driveway and this has been done for the past 12 years. Asked her about it today at the mailbox and carrier told me if I would SHUT UP A MINUTE she would tell me that they aren’t allowed to back up at all?!? What a joke of a so called post office.

Since then, I have had VERY IMPORTANT mail like my driver's license, IRS information for my taxes and other mail not delivered. I have the track my mail email service so I know exactly when to expect my mail. My Driver's license was out for delivery on Aug 9th and I still have not received it. A LOT of mail is not getting to me. Also, they refuse to answer the phone, I have tried 5 times so far after 8:30 to call and they refuse to answer the phone. Must be nice to be able to just throw letters around and not answer the phone ! Cameron Wyatt went above and beyond my expectations. I had inquired if a hold or forwarding address has been applied to my address and not only did he check while I was there, he called me back a few hours later after checking with the carrier to let me know that I was receiving mail today. I was worried because I had not received mail for about 1week. GREAT service !!
