- AMAlisha MerrimanOct 17, 20251.0We added a package drop to try and accommodate the USPS and make it easier for them to leave small packages, but how in any way is this appropriate!?! A package too big for the mailbox should not be left at the roadside to be stolen or rained on, it should be left at our door/ garage. We have a driveway, but it’s not that long, due to curves you can’t see our house off of it, but this is appalling when we’ve already tried to be accommodating for most packages.
