- AMAlisha MerrimanOct 17, 20251.0We added a package drop to try and accommodate the USPS and make it easier for them to leave small packages, but how in any way is this appropriate!?! A package too big for the mailbox should not be left at the roadside to be stolen or rained on, it should be left at our door/ garage. We have a driveway, but it’s not that long, due to curves you can’t see our house off of it, but this is appalling when we’ve already tried to be accommodating for most packages.
- RWRobert WalkerOct 4, 20251.0I'd give 5 stars to my carrier that works Monday thru Friday but the weekend crew is downright lazy and will skip a residential delivery and make a note that the business was closed or something about the driveway being blocked. I'm disabled and rely on many things being delivered. I've already had to switch from USPS to UPS for prescriptions and medical needs because of the delays of USPS.

One time they put an extra heavy package on my car and dented it. Overall awful if you can don’t let your packages come here because you won’t get them when expected and if you Do they’ll probably come damaged.

Recently my packages (2) were both lost, but said on tracking they were put in a postal locker, which is normal. However, there weren't any package awaiting when I arrived. I had to get a refund from Amazon and reorder. The packages came to a physical residence and not the post office box this time, and was delivered by a really nice person, Cheryl. We talked for a short time, but I had to cut it short because I was cooking. She was gracious and I could have talked her ear off. Thank you Cheryl. I really gave the Post Office a hard time about where my packages went. But it's not always the people we are talking to who are at fault. But someone's going to get a verbal lashing when a package goes missing and I had 2 packages go missing at the same time. Something is wrong there.
- JEJamie EastJul 15, 20251.0BELOW 1 STAR!!! NEVER deliver packages especially of its bigger than an envelope. My package was sitting in THIS post office and was sent to Tuscaloosa where it was marked DELIVERED. Small package of a simple cup.. same thing This is the most useless post office to anyone not next door. I have to drive 30 minutes to get my stuff even AFTER paying for a package box for it to be put in because they never could leave anything that wouldn't fit in the mailbox(even a larger one at that) when I go in to get said packages they are rude when I call the woman is always rude and condescending. THE WORST and compliants fall on deaf ears or die immediately . Always an excuse but never a solution
