I don’t know who’s in charge or if delivery drivers have changed but I have had multiple deliveries just not arrive but be marked as delivered. Months ago I ordered tshirts and it never came but my tracking shows it made it to the post office. Not two long ago I ordered two car accessories and again same thing. I’m honestly disappointed in the quality our post office sits in I hope they gain pride in what they do and start doing a better job. 0/10

I had a packaged delivered to my mailbox but it wasn’t in the box. The USPS went out of there way to check the boxes again and my package was there. The customer service was really good!

I had an order of live birds delivered to the Post office here, and couldn't reach anyone to see if I could pick them up, because of the automated telephone recording. As I walked out of the door to get in my car to go up there and get them, 2 wonderful ladies pulled up in my driveway to deliver them to me. They went above and beyond more than any Post office has before, and I couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you again.

I got a tracking notification on a package that it had arrived at this location around 8:55 a.m. I knew that this was too late to make it out for delivery that day. I was going by there on my way to town so my daughter and I stopped in to get it ourselves, something we’ve done before. Went in and wished the lady behind the counter good morning and explained why we were there. I guess she didn’t understand what I said. Unfortunately I don’t have the best hearing, so when she responded, I guess I got her words wrong. When I replied again that the package was there, her face changed to pursed lips and a condescending tone, saying she was asking me…something. I couldn’t understand her. But I was most confused as to why she was suddenly so rude. I asked her why stopping in to get my package was causing her to act this way, which seemed to fluster her. She said it was “the way I said it”. Okay, seriously now, I cannot understand what she meant unless she just didn’t get the response she expected and was having a bad day or something. Again, my hearing combined with her pronunciation, it was clearly a disaster. She didn’t even phrase it as a question. She wax telling me…whatever it was she said. I was just trying to be clear. Eventually she went to the back to discuss with a coworker, came back out and claimed the package was out for delivery. Before when I told her tracking said it had arrived at 8:55, she scrunched her face and acted as if that was not a time they receive packages. Yes, it is. I have packages arrive there at different times, all the time. What they don’t do, is send a delivery truck to my house twice in one day unless it’s the holiday season. I knew she was lying. I just said thanks and we left. Tracking never showed out for delivery that day, it didn’t arrive that day, it arrived the next day. It’s fine. What’s not okay is her completely rude and unpleasant attitude for asking for help on something that would have taken her 2 minutes and her deliberate withholding of my property. I just said thanks, and as we turned she grunted at me. A Hmmpph! noise. Haha! This used to be a nice, efficient and helpful post office. Not with her there.
