First you lie about held at post office at customer request, which I was actually home and mowing my lawn, then You couldn’t access the delivery location to a place you have been delivering to for over 40 years?!

They apparently only hold packages for 2 days:(.... This is why the government shouldn't run anything the satsuma post office would make a great example. I'm currently chasing that package all over creation, it was supposed to be gift about 2 weeks ago:/......
