First you lie about held at post office at customer request, which I was actually home and mowing my lawn, then You couldn’t access the delivery location to a place you have been delivering to for over 40 years?!

The Satsuma post office has been exceptional!!!! Our delivery gal is absolutely amazing, always friendly and has never misdelivered a package in the 5 years we've been here! Anytime I've gone into the post office I've always been greeted with friendliness and professionalism. Keep up the great work! -Heather McKee
