I used to have a PO Box at this branch, and went several times to get my mail, buy stamps, and send certified letters. When I had some difficulties remembering my PO Box's number, no worker there could help me, despite having all my info. Strange and inefficient!... Some of the workers are dressed as if they have just got up from a night's sleep. One worker chewed gum in my face and was very unpleasant. The space behind the workers always looks as if a hurricane has passed by. People who live in the neighborhood and pay taxes would like to see a post office that is clean, tidy, and does not look like a 3rd world country’s forgotten institution. Thanks!

This store has a girl named Stacy who works here and she is an angel! She helped my elderly grandmother who has dementia ship out a package and the woman who was working with her was very upset for helping my grandmother because it took a little longer than most customers. Thank you Stacy! Thank you for being of service to our community and working so hard.

Needed one small piece of tape and they told me they didn’t have tape. A post office not having tape sounds a little silly. Then the lady tells me they sell tape for $4. Do they really not have any tape?

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service at this location is abysmal. They are disrespectful, and dismissive. The bald, older, african american man at the front desk is extremely rude. USPS is also just overpriced in general. Definitely will be taking my business to UPS from now on.
