There were several people sitting around looking at me when I opened the door, but the one that offered to assist was the most important. I appreciate him for taking care of me. I'm sorry I did not get his name, but I appreciate the young man.

None of it was intentional, but the fact that nobody wanted to help me is where I got irritated... I brought in two helmets that my husband was shipping two different states and the staff proceeded to put them on and take pictures... Honestly, it would not have been a huge deal to me, but I have a guess thats when they got mixed up in the back because they were doing the same when I left... I paid almost two hundred dollars to ship these packages... Then, I went in to ask for a refund or a way to ship them to the correct addresses they said there was nothing they could not do anything. The owner just repeated themselves over and over. Also, you cannot really contact corporate because it is a franchise... Honestly poor business structure... Poor customer service.. Will not go into another UPS store ever.

He took the time to educate me on The different options I had with UPS. He even helped me write down the information because my payment membership was terrible. On top of everything I even left money here he even emailed me and let me know that I had left it here. Extremely honest, personable, customer service oriented. Very humble down to earth. Great ownership always smile. I would recommend this business to everyone in town the county and if you come out of town as well. I hope you refer all of your friends and family because this has been an experience. I’ll never forget for the rest of my life. The young man’s name was Rhykker.
