I ship the same cases across the country constantly and never once has a UPS store held out the handles to measure the Length, Width, and Height of my cases. The staff are incredibly unhelpful and combative. Would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

None of it was intentional, but the fact that nobody wanted to help me is where I got irritated... I brought in two helmets that my husband was shipping two different states and the staff proceeded to put them on and take pictures... Honestly, it would not have been a huge deal to me, but I have a guess thats when they got mixed up in the back because they were doing the same when I left... I paid almost two hundred dollars to ship these packages... Then, I went in to ask for a refund or a way to ship them to the correct addresses they said there was nothing they could not do anything. The owner just repeated themselves over and over. Also, you cannot really contact corporate because it is a franchise... Honestly poor business structure... Poor customer service.. Will not go into another UPS store ever.
