- AAagoodson7Jan 27, 20261.0If I could give this post office lower than 1, I would. My husband ordered a Christmas gift for me in December. It came in but was delayed- by the postmaster at ONLY THIS LOCATION. The first time the package came from London, England. The guy said the postage hadn't been paid so it would be sent back and if still not paid, it would be destroyed. Another package was ordered. It was held again and then returned AGAIN- this time for the same reason but marked as fraudulent. This time the package was sent from China. So twice now, the package has made it around the world, through MULTIPLE customs and post offices, only to be denied by some guy in BFE with an apparent authority trip... We offered to pay the cost of the shipping personally (how did it make it all the way to Alabama wo ever having it paid in the first place?!), and guess what?? No dice. The complete absurdity with this one...
- HMHeather McClureJan 26, 20261.0Would give ZERO stars if I could. I have ONE package pending since the beginning of January, the first one was marked REFUSED twice WITH NO ATTEMPT AT DELIVERY. I had the package reshipped and now THIS ONE HAS BEEN MARKED REFUSED; despite delivery instructions to LEAVE IN THE MAILBOX BECAUSE ITS A SMALL PACKAGE OF EARRINGS!!! I have submitted a case for this one and SPECIFICALLY asked to be emailed, I was CALLED AT 7:30AM ON A SATURDAY where a voicemail was left stating THEY WERE CLOSING MY CASE - no reason, no RESOLUTION, nothing...now the package has been marked as refused!!!! I HAVE TRIED TO CALL and NO ONE PICKS UP!!! THIS IS ABSURD!!! YOUR SERVICE HAS DECLINED TO THE PITS!!!! NOTHING BUT TROUBLE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR YEARS NOW BUT THIS IS JUST INSANE.
- JZJosh ziggyDec 11, 20251.0Someone over head needs to get this post office in order. Its ridiculous. They deliver to wrong addresses and mark things delivered that haven't been. Ive called there direct number 5 times today. No answer. Reported to cooperate! The manager doesn't do his job. I was told 5 days ago my package would be redelivered and it hasn't been. Now it seems he cant find it. This location really needs to be investigated. Its been ran into the ground.
- CGChelsey GriffinDec 8, 20251.0If I could leave zero stars I would mail Lady keeps putting a note in my mailbox for dongs not behind fence . All my dogs are in the damn house. I have one outback that I leave on a runner while I’m at work. She refuses to drop off my packages now I have to keep driving to the post office using my gas when this is what I pay shipping and handling for !
