- KMKaren McGeeSep 30, 20251.0We have a gate on our driveway, and have sent the code to every mail delivery service that we use. The last year, our mail carrier refuses to come down and put the code in to deliver any packages. Also we have set up a parcel package box on the gate post so packages can be stuck in there instead of opening the gate. Mail carrier refuses to use the box if he can't stick packages in our mailbox. Several times I've had to drive to town to get packages from the PO. Now our son who lives next door to us and does not have a gate, can't get his packages delivered. Delivery texts say they don't have a gate code, cannot deliver. We're getting pretty tired of having these issues. FedEx and UPS have no problem coming thru the gate and putting our deliveries on our front porch. Think we're going to start filing complaints on the driver's, if it will do any good.

This happens 2 or 3 times a month. This is the worst carrier I've ever had in over 55 years. Complained to post master in rogersville 2 times since October. My neighbors are getting the same poor delivery. According to the lady at the water company in Elgin the folks living on 101 in Elgin regularly don't get their water bill. I was there paying a late fee because I didn't get mine. Very poor mail service
- EMEd MoncusJan 10, 20241.0After a few minutes waiting at the counter, A lady was helping me mail a letter this morning Jan 10, 2024 at the Rogersville Post Office and was having to cover names on the envelope, and then a man walked In behind me and she ask me to move to the side so she could help him. I did respectfully and waited for a little time so she could count his money. I ask her for the sticker she had cut for me so I could address it. I addressed it and was waiting on her and the man to recount his money. I am just a little upset that my time was not as valuable as the customer that came in behind me. Another lady was waiting also. I waited for a few minutes and was so upset that I told her that I would come back. She said OK!! Very unprofessional!!

The staff is so friendly and Traci has always been so helpful and she finds me the best way to ship my items and save money! I would recommend this post office 10/10 times to anyone.
