  Exactly what I needed. There's nothing like a family business matched up with a world wide company. Great service and easy to use. This is a great place with wonderful service. Returned a Amazon package. It was so easy because the manager was a great help and made sure everything was on point. I've been using this UPS for several years now and have never had a problem.

  I walked in on 3/22/26 and Jamie was handling an irate customer. She was calm and explaining that his return could not be sent without being packed (as his return stated). He said she just wanted to make a sale. She did an excellent job not enabling his behavior by giving in. Way to go, Jamie!
