11-17 The older gentleman who helped me today spoke extremely fast and loudly. • He seemed impatient when I didn’t understand the English instructions. • Other people laughed behind me, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. • I hope USPS can remind staff to be more patient with customers whose English is not perfect.

Apparently a package couldn’t be delivered because the business it was being delivered to was “closed at 8:52 am”. Said business opens from 7:00am - 8:00pm on the Saturday the system refers to. Employees were even standing at the front desk at 8:52 am. I know because I have access to the cameras. This is why people hate most delivery drivers. A blatant lie.

Moved here a year ago, new neighborhood, I get it. Weeks to get them to recognize my address only to get mediocre service. Now one year later my neighborhood receives letters of stop service until central boxes are installed, even though we have been receiving delivery for a year to our mailboxes! They don't even maintain the Post Office. Grass and shrubs are overgrown, the place looks abandoned and neglected.

This place is not that bad but as an eBay seller it can be frustrating because if you wanted to come in the middle of a week day the lines for customer service are outrageous. Sometimes the label printer machine for the customers also has a line and leaves you with no choice. They ship my packages pretty quickly to my customers so that’s good at least!

The labor pool must be really bad in this area!! These “delivery attempted” notices are a sham! Especially when one receives it at 9am, an hour after “out for delivery” was sent. I don’t get mail till 5-7pm! I suggest you tap into a better work force! As of right now, I’ve had a package “out for delivery” since Tuesday the 22nd!
