Someone parked near my mailbox the carrier opted not to deliver my mail despite that I was standing in my garage and watched her drive by. If she had looked up to see me or hadn’t had earphones in while driving to hear me call to her, I could have gone to her to get my package. Now I have to wait two more days for redelivery because there is no direct phone number to the local branch and the automated system won’t put me through to an agent. Absolutely ridiculous.

So much so, that if I happen to have a good experience there, I'm surprised, because it's not the norm. Take a play from Millbrook's office: clean the building, put a smile on your face.
