I’m a small business owner, and I dropped off a large batch of packages on a Saturday. All of the packages were scanned at this location, but then didn’t move after that. I had to refund my customers from my pocket. Also they’re not at all friendly at this location.

11-17 The older gentleman who helped me today spoke extremely fast and loudly.
• He seemed impatient when I didn’t understand the English instructions.
• Other people laughed behind me, and it made me feel very uncomfortable.
• I hope USPS can remind staff to be more patient with customers whose English is not perfect.

Apparently a package couldn’t be delivered because the business it was being delivered to was “closed at 8:52 am”. Said business opens from 7:00am - 8:00pm on the Saturday the system refers to. Employees were even standing at the front desk at 8:52 am. I know because I have access to the cameras. This is why people hate most delivery drivers. A blatant lie.
