Very unprofessional how some employees will measure and weigh my box (love them) but other employees refuse and say it’s against the rules.. since when? I’ve never been denied that before. I asked for a manager because it’s very inconvenient and she refused to give me any info, didn’t take my name or number, nor let me speak to anyone else on staff. If it’s against the rules, then all your employees need to follow the rules instead of half of them doing it and half of them not. Very inconvenient and a VERY large waste of time. Will go to the Clanton location from here on out, 100% better customer service.

The customer service in this UPS store is fabulous no matter how long the line the employees are always patient and courteous. It’s a pleasure to bring my things here to ship. They offer suggestions and solutions and it’s just nice to come into this business. This is the UPS store in Prattville Alabama on legends Parkway.

UPS said a return would cost $74 in the original bag the package arrived in thru UPS. I took the same package to the Postal Service and paid $16.25 to return it. The very nice lady at the postal service said, when I told her about it, “Yes, they are high!” Lessons learned: 1) don’t buy anything without free returns 2) don’t take it to UPS if you have to pick up the tab for the return
