  The nicest and most knowledgeable people in any profession. I took my Mac to them because I was having great difficulty in clicking to maneuver from one site to another. He demonstrated that I was pushing down too hard on the touchpad.

  I've had work done by them on two different occasion and I've recommended a friend and these guys always deliver. Prices and times are very fair. You can't expect to just walk in and step to the front of their project line for a "quick one hour job". That's just not realistic when they have other clients that need work done asap as well. Highly recommend BWS!

  Really nice receptionist. No one in the back though could be bothered with my humble request. I really needed a quick one hour job done, same day. I got a really quick no way. No explanation. Nothing, but a smile. So, since this part from their website, "We provide fast turnaround times, because we know you don't want to be without your computer" is not true. I wouldn't trust then as far as I would throw a stick. The receptionist was very friendly though, lol.
