- MMMariaJul 17, 20241.0Jamie Curtis the clerk that tries to process the mail is a failure at her job. I spoke with her supervisor and they just make excuses for her. I had packages constantly sent back to sender and now missing letters. She refuses to help anyone prepare a package to ship it too. She’s useless. The building itself is disgusting too. Cobwebs, wasps, dirty windows and dead rats outside the door. I routed my mail to a different location just to avoid this place.

Very handy, only if it works.Time after time I have received pics of my bills that never get here,so I end up having to pay them over the phone before they're late. One of my bills was supposed to be coming back,I mailed it on the 3rd got the notice it was coming back on the 5th ,it was due on the 8th and I didn't get the check back till the 22nd. Credit card bill the same way it was supposed to be here on the 20th it's the 30th still haven't seen it. I have seen some that never get here!! How is this happening?
