- LLLamarNov 19, 20254.0Closes really, really early compared to the Trussville location. Half the time I have to drive to Trussville because the one in Pinson is already closed before I manage to get free to ship. That being said, It is a very clean location, with good, efficient, friendly service.

Put set of 60 inch lawnmower blades in mailbox. Turned box 90 degrees and leaves for homeowner to repair. Sorry excuse for an employee. Does no good to complain to Pinson postmaster, will try to contact the district supervisor. No wonder people use other shipping options. Close to one dollar to mail a letter. Ridiculous
- MWMark WilliamsonSep 15, 20251.0What a joke, brought in packages with labels. Lady would not scan them in to give me receipt. Gave me attitude and argued with me about why she wouldn’t do it. Even the supervisor said we don’t do our jobs. I paid for the labels online printed them with a usps compliant printer and showed tracking. They don’t take responsibility when a package is lost and this is why, also mail theft really high in my area. I think I know why they won’t scan stuff. Recommend taking to any other post office.
- CLCassandra LeonardJul 27, 20211.0They refuse to answer the phone, I have to call them back to back for over an hour to get an answer then the man who answers acts like he can't hear you when inquiring about where missed delivery mail is, get the run around about what's happened to it or where it might be does me no good if the stuff I pay for gets delivered to the wrong road because they are freaking lazy or don't care .. now I have to tell company's my dumb mail office can't deliver to the proper address .. I have to report missing and stolen packages at lest 6 times a month because what I pay for doesn't make it here The mail carrier is hardly ever at work so I go days with undelivered mail, my packages get sent to someone else's address, if it's to be signed for i still don't get it they avoid my yard because I have a husky in my yard who's on a line that can't bother anyone delivering mail to my door. , they aren't ever 100% at checking the address they use dumb google maps tonpun pint who's address is who's.. I got some child's college acceptance letters and packets here because they refuse to deliver where it goes. Lazy as all get out.. Piss por mail service absolutely terrible,
