- RCRichard CaldwellJun 7, 20251.0The atrocious service continues. Most recently I placed a mail hold as I am out of town for a couple of weeks. Yesterday my next door neighbor notified me that a package addressed to me had been placed in his mailbox (a common occurrence). He emailed me stating that he was putting it into my box but that it was “stuffed with mail.” I attempted to call the Pike Road branch but no answer on repeated calls and the voice mail box was full.

- PCPartly CloudyJun 7, 20201.0Worst post office I've ever used..had to drive there many times to find out where my packages are, after it says they have been delivered, don't even try to call most of the time because no one will answer the phone. Im constantly getting other peoples mail in my box. And my mail in my neighbors box..and on top of all that they close the entire post office for a hour and a half for lunch, so you cant go there on your work lunch hour. Then they close at 4 so you cant go after work either..poorly, poorly run post office. Good luck getting your packages from this post office, you are rolling the dice.

Have to take time off work to pick up a package. Often receive other people's mail who live nowhere near my address. There is no telling what mail of ours is mis-delivered & we never receive. Notices are not left when delivery has been attempted. Have had packages LOST then finally found in that tiny post office. Don't know if they are incompetent or just don't care, either way they are doing a terrible job. I never mail anything from Pike Road post office for fear that it will never arrive at its destination.
