- HJHunwook JiJan 22, 20261.0Certified Mail requires a delivery attempt, and none was made. The carrier did not knock or ring the bell and falsely claimed no one was available. Adults were home all day. A pickup notice was dumped in the mailbox instead. This is lazy, unacceptable service and completely undermines the purpose of paying extra for Certified Mail.

- RCRichard CaldwellJun 7, 20251.0The atrocious service continues. Most recently I placed a mail hold as I am out of town for a couple of weeks. Yesterday my next door neighbor notified me that a package addressed to me had been placed in his mailbox (a common occurrence). He emailed me stating that he was putting it into my box but that it was “stuffed with mail.” I attempted to call the Pike Road branch but no answer on repeated calls and the voice mail box was full.
- BObear ofthebattlingkindDec 13, 20141.0Terrible hours. Doesn't open until after I have to be at work, takes 1 1/2 hr lunch and closes before I get off work. Have to take time off work to pick up a package. Often receive other people's mail who live nowhere near my address. There is no telling what mail of ours is mis-delivered & we never receive. Notices are not left when delivery has been attempted. Have had packages LOST then finally found in that tiny post office. Don't know if they are incompetent or just don't care, either way they are doing a terrible job. I never mail anything from Pike Road post office for fear that it will never arrive at its destination.
