They will not deliver mail to my lot because a mobile home was moved from it but I am still living on the lot. So I have to do a change of address to have my mail delivered to a mailbox on the same post as mine! They throw packages in the yard when they do deliver. Tax dollars hard at work here!
- SJSean JulianApr 29, 20232.0Carrier hit and knocked my mailbox clean off the post then proceeded to tell my wife to just fix it herself. Post office will not make it right. Lady at the counter should not be in that position, rather something more calm and easy going. If I got to the point where I was treating people that bad its time to find something better to do. Feels like I'm an inconvenience to her when im just trying to mail off or pick up a package. Hopefully she's getting ready to retire because I can't help but feel bad for her. Prayers for this postal staff.

She is ALWAYS rude and short with customers that she doesn't know or who aren't overly friendly with her. We've watched her bully and talk down to many customers over the years...she has no business working with the public. I'm leaving a review now because things seem to be getting worse. I recently witnessed Shelia checking a customer out, and insinuating to another employee that bad things happen to some people's packages. Obviously the customers in line would assume that she was referring to the package that she was currently processing. We have never had a problem with our delivery...just our encounters with Shelia. She should not work with the public.
