- CLCorey LucasMar 14, 20241.0Rude hateful service from the lady at the front desk and the postmaster. They will not deliver mail to my lot because a mobile home was moved from it but I am still living on the lot. So I have to do a change of address to have my mail delivered to a mailbox on the same post as mine! They throw packages in the yard when they do deliver. Tax dollars hard at work here!
- KMKrystal MooreFeb 13, 20212.0Most of the clerk's are just fine. Shelia ruins it for the whole post, though. She never wears her mask properly. She is ALWAYS rude and short with customers that she doesn't know or who aren't overly friendly with her. We've watched her bully and talk down to many customers over the years...she has no business working with the public. I'm leaving a review now because things seem to be getting worse. I recently witnessed Shelia checking a customer out, and insinuating to another employee that bad things happen to some people's packages. Obviously the customers in line would assume that she was referring to the package that she was currently processing. We have never had a problem with our delivery...just our encounters with Shelia. She should not work with the public.
