    I shipped a very important package containing original notorized legal documents and checks on March 9th at 5:18 pm. It was scheduled to arrive on March 11th at its destination. Two weeks go by and I find out it never arrived at its destination. I went to this location where I paid to notarize documents and then I shipped the package, and the girl at the front desk pulled up the tracking number and showed the packaged as "Delayed" as of March 9th at 7:03 pm in OPELIKA, AL. The girl gave me a number to call and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, the lady on the phone at the call center told me it was the wrong number to call and gave me a different number. So I called it, waited on hold, and then was told by the person that picked up that my package was delayed in Opelika, AL. They then gave me a 3rd number to call. I called that number and the lady that answered told me it was the insurance company for PirateShip and that she couldn't help me. She gave me a 4th number to call. I sat on hold again, and got a gentleman who told me that I needed to go to the store I shipped it from. Currently this package is clearly lost, way after delivery, and there is no accountability from anyone. While I understand that things happen on occasion, I do not understand how there was no communication about this whatsoever to me, that I have been routed in a circle with no results, and it is absolutely mind blowing that they lost the package in under 2 hours of me giving it to them less than 30 miles away from where it originated. I still have yet to have any assistance with this matter. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. Not only do I now have to figure out and pay for obtaining new original documents, I have to additionally pay for notarization, cancelling checks in the document set, and deal with missing a deadline for these to be submitted due to this catastrophe. I also went to file an insurance claim and it says the tracking number doesn't exist. TLDR: UPS lost my package in under 2 hours after receiving it for shipment and have pointed the finger in a circle to 5 different call centers as to who is responsible, and its been over 2 weeks from when it was supposed to be delivered with zero correspondence or real assistance from this location on its whereabouts, and apparently the tracking number that they gave me doesn't exist.

    Today, Trent and Staff provided me with “amazing Customer Service!” As always, I was greeted with a smile when I first entered the store.     Alyssa was so helpful and kind! I brought in a soda stream and AirPods, without a box! In the middle of packing these items, I realized the CO2 cartridge was still in the box. Alyssa was so kind to unwrap and remove the cartridge for me. She maintained a professional attitude and assured me it was no problem to remove the part. Customer service is hard and often frustrating but Alyssa was amazing and dealt with my chaos in the kindest way!
