- NBNicko BamabunsJan 2, 20261.0Every month I have missing mail pieces. December of 2025 I had 15 missing mail pieces,letters, cards and bills. They showed on informed delivery but never arrived. Often I put mail out for pick up and it takes days for the mail person to take it out of the box. I sent a email about the missing mail an received an email back that said wait it will show up buy with alot more words. I talked to the man over the mail carriers on the phone and all he could talk about was how wonderful and perfect my carrier is and how she could never make a mistake. It was obvious they are dating or friends. He gave me a link that did not work to put in a mail search online. When I finally found the mail search on my own it has a section where you have to select something to go forward but there are no choices, nothing to select so you can go no further. All in all 1 star is far too good for how bad the Phenix city post office and its carriers are and how awful customer service is.

I got up went to the post office and sent my daughter in to get my package, which was 2 bottles of pills that could have fit in my mailbox, and the lady told her oh that's not us. We don't have your package. My daughter had to tell her it says pick up 9th street post office. The lazy clerk said what's the tracking number? My daughter showed it to her and she went to the back and surprise, my package was in the lazy clerks hand. I have ordered from these ppl before and my package has always been placed in my mailbox. For some unknown reason today it had to be picked up. Phenix City postal service, DO BETTER. We count on you. Hire ppl that care. Hire ppl that will do the job correctly. I know we are human we make mistakes, that's understandable but please please do better. Ppl have so many important and irreplaceable things that come through the mail. This package that my daughter picked up was her meds. She needed them. They have always been placed in our mailbox. I had to get up immediately and go retrieve them. Almost didn't get them because the lazy clerk wanted to say oh that's not us, BTW she didn't know what she was talking about. Thank you God your hand was in that. Phenix city postal service DO BETTER. PLEASE AND THANK YOU.
