    I visited the UPS store on Summerville Road in Phenix City around 6:15 pm. Even though it was busy, the staff was super helpful and took care of my quick AT&T return right away. Really appreciated the great service!

    At approximately 11:45am I brought a valuable package in for shipment. While I was struggling with connectivity issues, the kind associate served Helen who had just arrived with a $2 label, free of charge. Nice gesture. I was getting zero connection from 5G and asked if I could use “upsstore guest WiFi” as it is titled to print my quite expensive, UPS shipping label. I was informed that, “No. Most people stand in the parking lot and use Publix.” I understand that the store is a franchise, locally owned. Is that store policy? Not even a customer may use the basement of your bandwidth for an in person transaction? Is that UPS doctrine? I hope, dear boss, that you are not as small as that. Now is not the time. I included enough information to confirm the veracity of my claim, should you care to do so. Cheers

    I hurried to come in before closing, and got there around 6:10. I thought 20 minutes would be enough time, and I'm glad I had 20 minutes because it took a while. I wasn't greeted with a hello or how are you. It felt like a funeral was taking place in there. I told the guy I needed to ship my phone back to Verizon, and I have a shipping label. He said they can't print shipping labels. Then he said they could for a $3 fee.😒 I said OK, I'll pay it. I had to email the label to them, but he couldn't find the email. I had to send it 3 times before he got it. I also never got to see him put my phone in a box with bubble wrap. He handed me the receipt, and wanted me out before closing. I would have liked to at least made sure it was being properly sent, as at other UPS Stores they show you this process. It was honestly one of the most stressful times I've had at a UPS Store. Going to Columbus next time.
