- BOB oJul 19, 20251.0The lady that works the front desk on Saturdays always seems stressed and unhelpful. She contradicts everything customer service states as well as the signs above her head in the lobby. Avoid this post office at all costs.
- LCLeslie ChildreJun 11, 20251.0I came here to drop off packages which were already prepaid and labeled all that I needed was for them to scan them so I can have a receipt and to ship them. I brought my packed up to the counter and the worker (her name on her tag was Valarie) told me to step aside and let the other people go ahead of me (which I didn’t mind because I had 9 packages) but she was clearly annoyed and did not want to deal with it. After she took care of the other customers she grabbed my packages aggressively and started scanning them sighing, annoyed (not saying a word to me). As she scanned my packages she threw them over her shoulder behind her a few hitting the wall. I am so glad that my packages were not breakable. I will try to avoid coming here again. This was Monday June 9th around 4:15/4:20 PM.

They do not open the lobby when the operating hours of the store are, the employees at the counter are incredibly rude and act like you dropping off packages and letters is an inconvenience for them when they chose to work here. That does not even consider the delivery drivers who changed daily, who do not deliver consistently, and who sometimes are delivering at 7 PM at night because they forgot things that they were supposed to have already delivered for the day. All the years that I have used post offices to sell and ship products, I have never worked with a worse run post office.
