I came in soon after the store opened, went to the restroom, and found it filthy. It was clear that it had not been addressed from the previous night, because there is no way that it got that dirty within the 6 minutes that the store opened. I went out of my way to fill this order at this location, but there is nothing drawing me back here anytime soon. Update : Staples sucked me into a false advertisement scam! They advertised a 75% off deal but did not say the deal ended at 11:59 EST. You have to dig around in the FAQs of the website to read that disclaimer. Since I live in another time zone, the deal was closed by the time I completed my order. I reached out to complain about this, and they stated that if I complete a purchase for the new 60% off they would give me the additional 15% as a credit to my card. I have the exact words of the rep in email to prove this. However, when I made the $100 purchase expecting a full $25 discount, the rep only gave me took 15% off of the price paid. I still paid more! The rep did not want to accommodate what she originally stated to suck me in...again. So, I am completely done with Staples. I don't do business with shady companies.
