  Not sure what the latest review is about but dude at the Amazon returns not only helped me get through my Amazon app to do a return, but he also helped me with a purchase in store.

  Immediately terrible service when I came in and returned an Amazon package. The big dude at the Amazon returns was possibly one of the rudest customer service employees I've ever come across- not just in AL, either. Absolutely scowled at me the entire time and barely said 2 words in response when I spoke to him. People like him should be in jobs like IT, not working with the public. Two of the employees- a red-headed kid and the girl at the printer section- I interacted with were sweet, but the girl in copy/print rambled off instructions so quickly my head was spinning. I'm pushing 40 so even I need stuff spelled out for me sometimes. I couldn't imagine if I were some octagenarian who didn't understand how to use email/get codes sent, etc. It was like she was in a hurry to get back to her phone instead of just slowly explaining instructions. Thankfully, I've used those "printme.com" systems at a local cafe so I didn't need her to explain. However, I was sort of taken aback that I was doing the work to print off stuff and I didn't get paid hourly wages. Should've left right then and there, but I was in a hurry to get the doc printed off. Twenty-four pages came to TWENTY DOLLARS. Like I said, I was in a hurry. Later, went to a UPS store to return something and the guy said it would've been $7.35. Oh, btw, they do the work for you and aren't rude and dismissive like these kids here. If an Amazon return requires you to return to somewhere other than UPS, I'll be ensuring it's never again Staples.

  I always have a positive experience with this Staples location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized at all times and the prices are very reasonable. Staples is my go-to for my office supplies and printing. You’ll enjoy shopping there as much as I do!

  Had a great experience with the woman working in the printing department. She explained clearly how we would need to process our order and it became clear that we would probably be best served to go home and adjust a few things then place the order online. When i did that I still had a question, called back, and she was able to answer everything over the phone. Items were printed the next day and looked exactly as expected!
