- MCMegan ClennyMar 25, 20261.0NEVER use this post office. The postmaster is incompetent and rude when questioned or challenged in any capacity. I was told packaging being scanned as received was ‘an unnecessary courtesy’ meaning if it goes missing you will be considered at fault due to the item never saying received by usps. Offered no assistance, no remorse, and no attempt to rectify. I have had this issue with multiple packages as well as package theft at this office. For your own sake and time and money please NEVER go here. Trying to warn so this poorly ran operation doesn’t rip off another person.

- TMTyler MoodyApr 6, 20251.0Repeated Sunday delivery failures via Ozark. Drivers falsely claim obstructed driveway or refuse to exit vehicle, even witnessed the driver leaving mail without attempting package delivery. Ozark is unresponsive to calls. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable service.
