After watching my packages go back and forth and then to sit in transit, I finally called the Ozark USPS office where it was. I spoke with Walter and let him know what was going on, not only was he super polite he found one of my packages and said he would hopefully have the other one ready for me Saturday as well when I came by to get them. He was so sweet, and I just really appreciated him helping me this morning.
