- AZAlabama ZephyrNov 14, 20251.0I would have left an excellent review because the fella at the desk was very pleasant and helpful, however, the person was complaining about unprofessionalism at this location is spot-on. As I'm checking out using the device at the counter, he reaches across and gives himself a :-) so quickly that I had no opportunity to even read the question much less answer it! I guess this is how staff is countering the fact that the Google reviews for this location are terrible. That's dishonest behavior by federal employee. Very disappointed and has resulted in this one-star review by this customer. Perhaps the Postmaster General for the area reads these reviews if so they should follow up
- JZJennifer ZanerJul 10, 20251.07-10-25 (12:30pm) Unprofessional!!! I was out doing errands at the Target shopping area. I believe she was picking up a package at Saples. There was a utility truck doing maintenance on one of the lights on one side of the street. The female mail carrier proceeded to park her silver Sedona van parallel to the utility truck to go inside blocking the main way through. She could've literally pulled up 5 feet and there would've been zero issues. She didn't tho, causing very unnecessary traffic issues. I was going to call and complain instead of posting here, but no one at the Oxford post office picked up.
