- CECarlyn EngelJan 28, 20264.0I am only giving four stars for the reason we have had some issues with one specific delivery woman. We have videos on our ring doorbell of her throwing packages at our front door instead of taking a few more steps and walking them to the door. My experience inside the Post office face-to-face with the workers was great though! I had a package that I needed help bringing into the post office and a woman named Toccara was so kind came out to my car and helped me carry it in while I had my baby with me. They definitely need a bigger facility!!

Not only that, im receiving mail for multiple different people! Im highly upset. Ive been waiting for this package for 2 long weeks. We have lived in many towns in many states and have never experienced such miserable mail and package delivery service. They are absolutely horrible for package delivery. Frequently our Amazon packages are reported to Amazon as delivered, will show up in the status as having arrived at the USPS Owens Cross Roads, and then will not show up at our house for two or three additional days. How can a PO be run so poorly? It is a disgrace to our town and the USA! Do not use this PO if you have any other possible way to send/receive your mail or packages.

I really think they deserve a new building and location because that location is very small but I wanna give a big shout out to one of their workers. She went above and beyond for me today and I love that more people should have her energy and her customer service skills Toccara keep up the good work love I have never been to a post office where a worker has done more than she should for a customer.
