PLEASE GO TO THE UPS NEXT TO CACTUS CANTINA THEY ARE SO SWEET AND WAY BETTER THAN THIS CIRCUS. The employees are horrid, rude, disrespectful and any other word you can think of. Ignore the other reviews that say they are nice, because that’s simply not correct now.

There was no hold. The unhelpful gentleman in the front looked at maybe three packages and told me it had already been scanned for return to sender. How is anyone to get their packages if they aren’t given time to pick them up!? Unacceptable.
- GAgail andersonJul 9, 20241.0Very disappointed in the Orange Beach postal service. Poor - poor customer service. Ordered product from Amazon via UPS. The package was handed over to Orange Beach USPS. The home we are renting has a street address but not a mailbox. USPS delivery was attempted at 2:59pm. There were 4 cars in the driveway. 10 people in the house. Cell phone number available. We were notified by Amazon/UPS and went to the Orange Beach post office immediately. We were told at 3:40pm that the supervisor returned our package before we could retrieve it. Excuse was insufficient by USPS. I guess it was a relief it wasn’t an emergency medication. Such poor, poor customer service. Our tax dollars are not being spent appropriately at the USPS in Orange Beach. Sad!! NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.
