- ZAzhanbin aoJan 2, 20261.0I did a shipment today in this UPS Store to ship to New York. 16x16x21, 34 pounds. They told me it’s gonna be $430. I told them I needed the cheapest ground shipment and they gave me $330. I double checked it with them and asked if that was the cheapest one. They said yes. I am in hurry to head to the airport. After I paid it showed 2DA in the receipt which means 2 day arrival. And they couldn’t refund it to me within 30 minutes after I paid. I think they were treating customers.

I’m a long time UPS store box holder and was visiting this area and needed to have 2 packages delivered while I was there. I called in advance and they said it would be $10 per package to have them delivered to the store. This alone seemed excessive but I agreed. When I went to pick the packages up they claimed it’s $10 per day per package and even tried to charge me for a Sunday when they are completely closed. This supposed policy isn’t written anywhere and is a complete money grab.
- MLMelora LayneOct 8, 20251.0I absolutely hate going in this store. I would rather drive to Gulf Shores than to go back here. The staff is sooo rude. I’m sorry if they hate their jobs, maybe they shouldn’t be in customer service. Once last year I had one of them literally yell at me because my Amazon return wasn’t boxed up even though I showed her where the return clearly stated no box needed. Today one of the people was shouting things like “I’m going to Africa” and mad because the phone was ringing. The lady in front of me got tired of waiting and as soon as she left and the door closed, the same employee yelled “fine! Have a great day!” These folks are so unprofessional. If there was any competition in Orange Beach this place would’ve closed a long time ago. I’ll make the drive to Gulf Shores from now on!
