After multiple mail-forwarding this year with moves, they assisted us to make sure mail was delivered correctly and followed up to ensure delivery after our final move. The postmaster was so kind to even remember details about our family and wished us well settling in town. I’m touched by this level of professionalism and personable nature. This is why I love our small town. We have a fresh appreciation for USPS!

This is when the Postmaster should get up off the duff and get to the counter. If this place were a regular business, this lack of service would put them out of business.
