- WHW HAug 25, 20251.0I ordered a package, it was marked delivered, it was not. I confirmed on my cameras and complained. I complained and someone called back and said that she had confirmed via GPS it was delivered and there was nothing to be done. I escalated it, as I do not like being lied to. It was delivered the next day. I've also gone in the day after receiving certified mail just to be told that it had already been returned, even though my notice said I had a week or two. No issue with those that deliver, but the management is either grossly incompetent or incredibly dumb.

- LTLaney TeeheeMay 13, 20232.0I am a little frustrated because the post office didn’t deliver my package to my local post office in time though it was open long enough to do it and now my local post office is close, mind you it closes later than the Opelika one and I am not able to receive my package until Monday which is a little frustrating because I could’ve had it today if they would have delivered the package earlier. This has never happened to me before, so I don’t know where it went wrong.
