Without going into an extreme amount of detail he said he was trying to “educate me” however, there are several different ways you can go about that without being so rude. The way he talked to me was embarrassing, unprofessional, and very unproductive towards the task at hand. To the point instead of saying I could print my paperwork out again, I wanted to tell him I would just go somewhere else if he wanted to continuously talk to me that way. However, I work nights (several nights a week) and I’m not typically up during store hours. So, I was in need of the service right away before getting my work week started. Next time I need a service done I’ll just drive to the UPS store in Auburn I’ll lose sleep, but at least I’ll get better service.
