Extremely rude worker at the counter, blonde hair and tattoos. Rude enough for me to file a formal complaint. See the third review, I believe it's about the same person. I don't recommend any business that keeps such awful company.

Blonde with tattoos is extremely rude. I’ll never deal with her rudeness again. Does not need to work in any kind of custom service job. My first and last experience with Oneonta USPS.

Hannah is so rude and disrespectful. I walked in and asked for a small envelope to mail a check. She replied “uhhhh yeaaaa”. I then get the envelope she slapped on the counter and she states that it’s $0.95, I said ok. I did not have a pen in my shirt pocket so I kindly asked twice if she had one. She, in a sarcastic tone, said “there’s a pen at the end of the count with flowers on it”. She then scoffed at me for not seeing it. I’m not a frequent visitor at the post office but at my office I don’t look for flowers to find a pen. Upon leaving I asked for her name, she literally stared at me for 10 seconds and responded with “why do you want to know my name?”. I stated that I was just asking. Hannah then spouts of “I don’t have to give you my name.”. I then walked out. I asked a CCA(City Carrier Associate) I saw outside for her name and he gave it to me. Horrible experience. Having worked for the post office myself years ago as a RCA(Rural Carrier Associate), I was held to a much higher standard than Hannah is getting away with today.

Very helpful staff. Unlike most of the offices I have visited.
