- BWBraden WatkinsApr 3, 20245.0BY FAR the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met at any USPS store/office. I had a package intercepted by the sender and they claimed they didn’t do it. (I was charged for it). They took forever to investigate the issue just to tell me that. Aside of such, Kristi handled the package well and had it ready for pickup as soon as I emailed her with proof of the company saying the package could be released. She responds fast with emails and is always quick with her work there at the post office. USPS charged me nothing unlike the sender during this whole process. Although it took forever to get ahold of my package, my overall experience was GREAT. Side note: Pay attention to the small things people do for you and your day will be ultimately better. Thank you Kristi!!
